Training info for Club Secretaries

• The standard RI Manual for Club Secretaries has been replaced with courses for the Club Secretaries in the Rotary International Learning Centre (available via my.rotary.org).

Constitutional documents

• After many months of work by a team from last year’s District Secretariat and Past District Governors, collating and incorporating the decisions taken over the years at District Council, we now have an updated set of District Standing Orders for the operation of District Council and the Terms of Reference for the District Committees. Our grateful thanks go to all those who worked so hard to bring this document up to date since its last printing.
